奢華的生活未必每個人都能適應，但經歷過的人都會不其然回味一番，因此很多人從富有變貧窮後都未必承受得了。派對文化在香港尚算流行，但氣氛與國外的一定不能相提並論。香港的派對大多都因為一些原因而舉辦，但國外的則經常在週末或晚上作聯誼之用。我個人較喜愛國外的派對，不少身邊的人都認為我較崇洋，我不會否認但國外的派對的確較適合我。紙醉金迷的環境、滿場都是人的熱鬧、源源不絕的飲食、意想不到的經歷，這些都是我聯想到的理想派對的條件，想起來都很想參與。Nick(Tobey Maguire飾)身處隔離中心，他在接受輔導時回想起一位他很尊敬的朋友Jay Gatsby(Leonardo DiCaprio飾)，故事也就此開始。Nick在年少時放棄自己的夢想進駐華爾街，租住與Jay的大屋相鄰的小屋，他之後探望表妹Daisy(Carey Mulligan飾)時認識了她的丈夫Tom(Joel Edgerton飾)和名媛Jordan(Elizabeth Debicki飾)。Nick後來從Jordan口中得知Tom有一個外遇的對象：居住在落後地方的婦人Myrtle(Isla Fisher飾)。Nick後來收到Jay的邀請，在出席派對時知道Jay向來不會與其他人會面，所以沒有很多人見過他的樣貌，不過當晚他邀請Jordan進行面談。Nick和Gatsby經過相處後關係變得更親密，Jay舉辦派對的原因是想他的舊情人Daisy重臨舊地。Nick及後安排Jay和Daisy見面，重燃他們的愛火，並打算私奔逃走，不過最後決定先向Tom交待。在攤牌的時候，Tom的咄咄逼人令Jay的反應失常把Daisy嚇倒。在眾人回程途中Jay把Myrtle意外撞死，經過Tom的精心設計嫁禍之下，她的丈夫決定和Jay同歸於盡，而Jay死的時候Nick正好打電話至Jay的大屋，Daisy也沒有按照計劃出現。在Jay的葬禮上，只有傳媒出席，也冠上他是情夫兼殺人兇手之名，這令知道真相的Nick很氣結，Nick最後在回憶錄寫上與電影同名的標題便完結。

Leonardo DiCaprio是國際知名演員，他近年走實力派路線，在不少作品上都有很好的成績。不過他的成功並未獲得一眾學院成員的支持，歷年只被提名三次演技獎項。上一次被評價的電影Django Unchained也被譽為滄海遺珠。今次他的演出又再一次俘虜觀眾的心，俊俏的外表加上精彩的演技，我想演藝圈的供應並不算太多，無論如何他也算是其中之一員。他的角色雖然主導電影，但他沒有過份把角色演繹，反而演活了人物的神態，那份外表風光內裡寂寞的特徵非常到位，我很驚訝他並不是來年Academy Award最佳男主角的熱門之一。他的下一部推介為The Wolf of Wall Street，他的演出令觀眾引頸以待，我想這又是他的表演的機會。Tobey Maguire代號「蜘蛛仔」，個人認為他的形象很難新晉演員取代。他在商業上的成功並沒有阻礙他事業上的發展，當中的代表作為Brothers，他當時的演出令人想像不到。他今次的演出其實也很好，充當一名嚮導帶觀眾從電影不同的角色眼中看事情，他也代表著觀眾在看電影時心態的發展。他的表現是屬於典型的好，但卻欠缺一些激情，這令角色有很微少的遜色。他的下一部推介是Labor Day，他的戲份屬於配角類型，不知道他能否有足夠的發揮。Carey Mulligan自Pride and Prejudice開始電影的拍攝，在成名作An Education後，她有很多非常好的演出機會，包括Drive及Shame等，是一位很年輕又很有才華的表演者。她在電影的演出很被動，這是角色的寫照，但她看起來並沒有她之前演出的風采。觀眾可能同情她的遭遇，但並不是因為被演技打動，而是編劇的預料之中。她的下一部推介是Inside Llewyn Davis，這是一齣講述夢想與音樂的電影，她的演出應該有一定的水準吧。

電影的整體感覺有點華麗，相信技術的支持一定功不可沒，但電影的長度加上電影起始的情節令不少觀眾感到納悶，這是電影的缺點，但也是作為文藝電影可以接受的地方。兩間屋的感覺令我聯想起Psycho內旅館與大屋的相連，因而加添了一絲的詭秘。電影給我最深刻的印象是那無與倫比的派對，這令我更想到外國居住，參與大大小小不同的派對，認識更多不同的人，經歷一個不同的人生，我想這些都只是我的夢，又或者是遙不可及了。

An Education---少女失樂園"未知我們已否得到教訓呢？"

終於考完個大考，成個人即刻輕鬆晒。之前儲落左一大堆睇左既電影未打影評，今日開始清番少少先。情傷係人類在呢個世界上最難解釋既一種傷害，無論在事前或事後知道唔好既結果，都仍然繼續為愛情效勞，其實都算係幾抽象。好似呢套戲既主角咁，到最後先知道俾一個有好多經驗既情場浪子呃，都唔好話佢唔傷心。飾演主角既係慼呢套戲彈起既Carey Mulligan，佢都贏得唔少影評協會既影后殊榮，最勁既係BAFTA(俗稱英國既Academy Awards)，不過，雖然佢年輕，但係都真係幾有做戲既天分，我覺得佢做得好過而唔少行演技派既女星。Peter Sarsgaard既情場騙子角色亦配合得宜，我對佢有印象既戲係2005年既《Flightplan》，兩套戲同樣做壞人，不過今次佢能夠把角色既性格顯露，換句話說，佢既演戲純熟左，佢未來應該有機會爭Academy Awards。呢套戲既起承轉合做得近乎完美，而煽情既地方亦不過不失，尤其是那對情侶如何開始，獲得女方家人既同意，到最後揭發男方係騙子，都處理得十分好，希望日後有機會再看同類型既作品。評分：
